Maybe I don’t understand enough of ActivityPub but why can I find Adam Mosseri’s Threads account (www.threads.net/@mosseri/ or @mosseri@threads.net) on Mastodon but not on Micro.blog?

Edit: When I search for just “mosseri” in Gluon I can find his account…weird…I would expect I’d have to search for a full handle.
